Who we are

[legal name of the clinic] runs Vijaya Orthopaedics & Sports Injury Clinic, Sarjapur–Attibele Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka (KPME registration [KPME registration no.]). We decide how your personal data is used. Bhadraavel Technologies LLP runs this software for us and may only use your data to do so.

What we keep and why

• Your name, age, sex, mobile number and address, to know who you are, to book and remind you of appointments, and to send you your prescription, bill and exercises.
• Your health records (complaints, examination, pain scores, X-rays and reports you share, diagnosis, prescriptions, physiotherapy sessions), to treat you and to follow your progress.
• Your bills and payments (how you paid and the reference, never card numbers), because the law requires us to keep them.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except where the law requires it or you ask us to (for example, to send a report to another doctor).

WhatsApp messages

If you agree, we send appointment confirmations, a reminder the evening before, your documents and follow-up reminders to your WhatsApp number. Tell the front desk at any time to stop them.

How long we keep it

Medical records are kept for at least 3 years after your last visit, as medical rules require. Bills are kept for eight years for tax. After that, your record can be erased.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it (once the period above has passed), and withdraw consent for messages. Ask at the front desk or write to [clinic email]; we will answer within 30 days.

Security

Each staff member has their own sign-in, and every view and change of your record is logged. Your data is kept on servers in India and backed up daily.
