Online booking reserves a time with the clinic; it is not a medical consultation. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 108.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you cannot come, cancel or reschedule from your WhatsApp link or call [clinic phone], so the time can go to someone else.

Fees are paid at the clinic's counter by cash, UPI or card. Consultations and physiotherapy are exempt from GST; goods such as braces are billed with GST.

Physiotherapy packs are valid for the period shown on the bill. Unused sessions after that date may not be refunded; ask the clinic about its refund policy.

The documents we send you (prescription, bill, exercises) open from a private link. Do not forward it to people you would not show your records to.
